Three ways information reaches us

The enquiry form, a direct email or message, and the access log the web server writes without being asked. Each is described below, along with how long what it produces is kept.

The form and what it asks

Name, email address, telephone number and a free-text box. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred from other sources. The free-text box exists for a summary of your situation, not for a file: identity documents, banking records and details of any criminal matter should travel over a secure channel after an engagement exists, never through a public web form.

The log that writes itself

Every page served produces a line recording the requesting IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page if the browser sends one, and the browser identification string. This happens for everyone who opens a page, including people who never make contact. The logs distinguish real visitors from automated scanning and are overwritten after a limited period.

Who can reach it

Enquiries go to the lawyers listed on the team page and to the staff who route them. Hosting and email run on contracted infrastructure, so those providers have technical access to data on their own systems and no permission to use it. Nothing is sold, rented or handed to advertising networks, and no third-party advertising or analytics tracker runs on these pages.

If an enquiry becomes an instructed matter, documents travel to a designated agent in Vanuatu and through them to the Citizenship Office and the Financial Intelligence Unit. That is what the programme requires. Nothing moves along that path without you instructing it.

Cookies, briefly

Functional only: whether an accordion is open, whether a notice has been dismissed. No advertising cookies, no cross-site identifiers. Block them all and every page still reads normally.

Deletion

Ask through the contact page and say what you want removed. Enquiry records are deleted on request. Material connected to an instructed matter may have to be retained while the matter is live and for the period professional obligations require — if that applies to yours, we will say so rather than leave the request unanswered.
